Hi! My name is Alyssa Johansen.
I am an aspiring project manager, product manager, and UX Designer/ Researcher.
I am currently pursuing a Master of science in Information Management at the University of Washington with a specialization in User Experience. I graduated Summa Cum Laude and with honors from the University of Arizona in May 2025, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Retailing and Consumer Science, with minors in Biochemistry and Spanish. I have experience in a variety of industries, spanning healthcare, hospitality, and fintech:
My interdisciplinary background and positive attitude make me a very efficient, adaptive, and collaborative person. I love learning and I value productivity, so I get excited about systems that helps make everyday life better.
My experience with Zelle was pivotal in me realizing how much of a positive impact technology and research have on the customer experience. Outside of work you can find me running, hiking, doing pilates, traveling, or finding a coffee shop or farmer’s market nearby.
